Cheese Cream Mixture/Custard: Separate the egg white and yolk in two bowls. Beat egg white with an electric mixer until it becomes soft foam and stiff peaks. Then beat egg yolks along with Marsala wine. (I used to add a pinch of salt in it)Mix the foamy egg white and yolk mixture together and add mascarpone cheese and sugar. Beat the mixture until the sugar gets dissolved. U will get a thick custard like Cheese cream mixture and keep it aside.
Preparation of Tiramisu: Take a serving dish and line it with Cheese cream mixture. Then take Ladies finger biscuit, dip it into the coffee mixture. (The biscuit should be soaked but not soggy) Make the first layer of coffee dipped biscuits and pour the cheese cream/custard mixture on top of it. Then make the second layer of Coffee dipped biscuit and then cheese cream mixture on the top. Now flavor it with Chocolate powder, and decorate with chocolate carvings (Optional). Cover the Serving Dish and keep it in the refrigerator at least for 5 hours.
Let the Tiramisu stand at room temperature 20 minutes before serving and then dust with more Chocolate powder.
